Sharon was graduated from New York University with her Master’s degree in Management and Systems. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. Sharon studied in the U.S. for ten years and had several working experiences there.
As a consulting analyst based in Suzhou China, Sharon is responsible for both quantitative and qualitative research for consulting projects and cooperated with the team members in other regions to better proceed and complete the project. Sharon has experience in desk research, data analysis, expert interview, and project management. Advanced methodology and model she learned from business school and experience will add value to the current project in Smithers.

He has more than 15 years of experience in various roles in FMCG, material and process development with a focus on packaging sustainability. His core abilities lie in the bringing novel innovative packaging concepts into industrial use, from idea conceptualization to CAPEX and operational excellence. He also has strong academic background in paper physics, barrier coatings, and packaging converting where he authored more than 20 peer-reviewed papers and hold 10+ international patents
Jerome Zhang is a Senior R&D Engineer at the YUTOECO R&D Institute, specializing in the development of eco-friendly packaging materials and products. With over a decade of experience in technical service solutions and two years in hands-on product R&D in the manufacturing sector, Jerome brings deep expertise in sustainability, with a particular focus on food-contact safety and carbon reduction strategies.
Throughout his career, Jerome has led and participated in projects that span the entire product lifecycle—from early-stage research and feasibility analysis to prototyping, mass production, and market rollout. His unique ability to bridge technical innovation with real-world application allows him to deliver solutions that are not only functional but also scalable and environmentally responsible.
